Welcoming Christa McCorquodale to the Heads Up for Inclusion Team

January 11th, 2016

christa_bioChrista McCorquodale joined the Heads Up for Inclusion team at the beginning of January, and has taken on the role of Program Co-ordinator for the Amigos Program. She comes to the position from a background of Team Leadership and Facilitation for Youth and Adult education programs, as well as international student enrolment. She is a graduate of the International Trade program at Sir Sandford Fleming College, and also has a background in fine arts. She has discovered a passion for social justice and change while sitting on the board for a local housing co-operative. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her family, getting off the beaten track on the East coast, and hiking. She is excited to begin work with Heads Up for Inclusion, and can’t wait to further explore the potential of the Amigos Program. “I hope to have this program reach the hearts and minds of the community of Peterborough and beyond. This is such a worthwhile initiative, and I am thrilled to be an integral part of its future planning!”
